She has experience dealing with Probate and Estate Administration, Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys. She advises clients in relation to Will and trust structures to maximize potential claims. Maryam deals with commercial property leases acting for landlord and tenants. She enjoys working closely with her clients dealing with commercial landlord and tenant, and real property disputes.
Maryam has been in legal practice for over 8 years, has a positive “can do” approach to her work and aims to achieve excellence in all aspects of her work. In addition, Maryam is fluent in Farsi, which gives clients from Iranian background more confidence to instruct her.
