Mr. Mohammad Chowdhury will carry out a detailed investigation on your complaint and will provide you a solution within fourteen working days. If we believe that a face to face meeting will be helpful to resolve the issue, we may ask you to attend a meeting.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complain and would like to take the matter further, you can contact the Legal Ombudsman. The Legal Ombudsman will investigate your complaint independently of how it was dealt by Temple Solicitors.

Make sure that you have tried to resolve your complaint with us as the Legal Ombudsman will check that. If you have contacted us and not satisfied, then you must take your complaint to the legal ombudsman:

  • Within two months of receiving a final response to your complaint and
  • No more than six years from the date of act/omission; or
  • No more than three years from when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint.
