At Temple Solicitors we are committed to provide high quality legal advice and  client care. However, if any stage of our service you become unhappy or concerned, please inform us immediately, so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. We aim to treat complaints seriously and deal with them in confidence, fairly and as quickly as possible.

If you would like to make a complain can contact Mr. M Chowdhury the Principal Solicitor of this firm at mc@thetemplesolicitors.com or call us on02035003523. Mr. M Chowdhury will carry out adetailed investigation on your complaint and will provide you a solution within fourteen working days. If we believe that a face to face meeting will be helpful to resolve the issue, we may ask you to attend a meeting.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complain and would like to take the matter further, you can contact the Legal Ombudsman. The Legal Ombudsman will investigate your complaint independently of how it was dealt by Temple Solicitors.

Make sure that you have tried to resolve your complaint with us as the Legal Ombudsman will check that. If you have contacted us and not satisfied, then you must take your complaint to the legal ombudsman:

We have eight weeks to consider your complaint. If for any reason we are unable to resolve the problem between us within that timeframe, then you may ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider the complaint. The Legal Ombudsman may be contacted at PO Box6806, Wolverhampton WV1 9WJ.

Please be aware that any complaint to the Legal Ombudsman must usually be made within six months of your having received a final written response from us about your complaint.  
 
Complaints to the Legal Ombudsman must usually be made within one year of the act or omission about which you are complaining occuring; or within one year from when you should have known about or become aware that there were grounds for complaint.
